Welcome T.O. Winter: the City's 2021 Winter Parks Plan

This season, the City of Toronto is bringing back the popular Welcome T.O. Winter parks plan, which aims to expand safe opportunities for outdoor recreation during the colder months.

As part of Welcome T.O. Winter, residents can enjoy free leisure skating at 54 outdoor ice rinks, snowshoeing at four golf courses, and outdoor table tennis at 70 locations. Over 1,500 parks will be open to the public, many with enhanced snow clearing and access to winterized washrooms.
