Reporting City Staff Impersonators

This summer, the City of Toronto reminded residents to be wary of phone calls from people impersonating City staff, especially phone calls requesting access to your home or business. City staff and independent contractors hired for City projects will always carry identification. If you suspect fraudulent activity, contact 311 Toronto and report the call to the Toronto Police non-emergency line at 416-808-2222.
