Community Environment Days

The City's drive-thru Community Environment Days kicked-off on Sunday, September 12 at the Dufferin and Bermondsey transfer stations, and will run until October 31.

These events provide residents with an opportunity to properly dispose of a variety of household items, including clothing, small appliances, and electronics, and pick up two free bags of compost per household. You can also safely dispose of household hazardous waste, and bring books, sports equipment, and clothing for donation.

If you're interested in attending an upcoming event, the four closest to Ward 15 are:

  • Sunday, September 26 from 10:00am to 2:00pm at the Dufferin Drop-off Depot (35 Vanley Crescent)

  • Sunday, October 3 from 10:00am to 2:00pm at the Victoria Park Drop-off Depot (3350 Victoria Park Avenue)

  • Sunday, October 24 from 10:00am to 2:00pm at the Bermondsey Drop-off Depot (188 Bermondsey Road)

  • Sunday, October 24 from 10:00am to 2:00pm at the Victoria Park Drop-off Depot (3350 Victoria Park Avenue)
