Garden Suites

City Planning's Final Report on Garden Suites will be considered by City Council on February 2, 2022.

Garden Suites are secondary dwellings located in the rear yard of a residential property not abutting a laneway. If approved, Garden Suites would be permitted as-of-right in Neighbourhoods throughout the City.
