Simplifying Access to City Online Services
The City will be launching a centralized login platform for City Online Services – including eBilling, MyToronto Pay, and My Child Care. Once introduced, users will be able to access all public-facing City websites, applications, and digital services using a single, standardized City-wide user login. The centralized login platform will enhance the cybersecurity and protection of login mechanisms, deliver services more efficiently, and greatly improve the overall customer experience.
When the new platform is launched, residents will only have to remember one username and password for all City of Toronto websites, applications, and digital services – which will simplify registration, password reset, and username recovery processes. The new user interface will be fully digitally accessible (AODA compliant) and optimized for both desktop and mobile views.
