New Youth Wellness Hub Opens in Thorncliffe Park

The brand new Thorncliffe Park Youth Wellness Hub is now open at the East York Town Centre. As of July 19th, in-person services are available on a drop-in basis from Monday to Friday between 11am - 7pm. 

The Thorncliffe Park Youth Wellness Hub will help ensure that youth aged 12-25 living in the community can access wellness counselling, peer support, employment services, settlement services, food support, primary care and more. A health card is not required and new patients do not need to be referred by a doctor.

Thank you to the many agencies who have worked together to open this vital community resource, including East York Health Partners, Youth Wellness Hubs Ontario, Flemingdon Health Network, The Neighbourhood Organization, Health Access Thorncliffe Park, and Michael Garrison Hospital.
